Straight Forward is a Wisconsin based call center with locations in Sauk City, Eau Claire, Rice Lake, Brodhead and Menomonie, WI. Straight Forward provides call center solutions for a variety of clients primarily in the Cable industry.

Job Description

Position Summary:  Performs inbound and outbound tele-services and sales work under general supervision. The Advisor’s primary role is using an outbound dialer system to place calls to existing customers to complete the sale of products and/or services. Other duties include professionally interacting with and advising customers while following the appropriate and specific guidelines established by the client and Company. Interact with customers on a professional level for the purpose of selling products, discussing/resolving billing questions and service concerns, resolving non-payment issues, assessing customer needs and promotion of appropriate products and services.

This position will work 11:30 am to 8 pm with Sundays and a floating day off during the week.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications:

  • Self motivated, sales oriented and reward driven personality.
  • Ability to read and use a computer, and use a headset telephone device.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
  • Ability to read, write and effectively speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision.
  • Knowledge and ability to use office equipment including: computer, headset telephone, copier, fax, calculator, and stapler.
  • Knowledge of all functions and related tasks in the areas of sales customer relations.
  • Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge to sell telecommunication services.
  • Ability to sit for long period of time
  • Ability to handle stress and effectively work in an office environment with moderate noise level.
  • Ability to reach with hand and arms, to bend, to talk and hear and to read.
  • Ability to use, handle, and manipulate objects such as paper, pencils, keyboards, mouse and headset telephone device.
