Straight Forward is a Wisconsin based call center with locations in Sauk City, Eau Claire, Rice Lake, Brodhead and Menomonie, WI. Straight Forward provides call center solutions for a variety of clients primarily in the Cable industry.

In this important role, you are responsible for making out-bound calls to mostly existing customers in order to add programming and services. Successful candidates will be active listeners who will be able to determine the wants, interests, and needs of the customer providing an outstanding customer experience. All employees are expected to provide the best possible service for every customer they interact with and to be able to sell needed products and services.

• Friendly and respectful verbal communication skills as well as strong written communication skills are imperative.
• Active listening skills for the purpose of determining customer needs and being able to problem solve to retain customer loyalty.
• Ability to interact with a variety of customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, resolve service complaints, and effectively facilitate success in conflict.
