Sales & Customer Service Representatives Needed Immediately!

In this important role, you are responsible for making outbound sales calls to existing customers . Successful candidates will be active listeners who will be able to determine the wants, interests, and needs of the customer providing an outstanding customer experience. All employees are expected to provide the best possible service for every customer they interact with and to be able to sell needed products and services.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and respectful verbal communication skills as well as strong written communication skills are imperative.
• Active listening skills for the purpose of determining customer needs and being able to problem solve to retain customer loyalty.
• Ability to interact with a variety of customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, resolve service complaints, and effectively facilitate success in conflict.
• Maintain a sense of urgency combined with getting work done completely, accurately and in accordance with company standards.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive manner.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Familiarity with personal computers, standard software packages and applications.
• Ability to read and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Able to maintain a regular work schedule to meet the needs of the business.

• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
• Ability to read, write and effectively speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision.
• Knowledge and ability to use office equipment including: computer, headset telephone, copier, fax, calculator, and stapler.
• Knowledge of all functions and related tasks in the areas of sales customer relations.
• Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge to sell telecommunication services.
• Ability to sit for long period of time
• Ability to handle stress and effectively work in an office environment with moderate noise level.
• Ability to reach with hand and arms, to bend, to talk and hear and to read.
• Ability to use, handle, and manipulate objects such as paper, pencils, keyboards, mouse and headset telephone device.
