Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive a variety of inbound calls to provide customer services to a variety of clients.
  • Process reservation requests, business to business contacts and current customer upgrades to include changes, contract extensions, upselling and cancellations.
  • Identify customer needs and determine appropriate actions.
  • Verify rates, accommodations, upgrades and explain special circumstances and policies to callers and customers. 
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Answer questions about products and property facilities/services.
  • Input and access data in various billing systems as well as follow proper escalation procedures when addressing customer concerns.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of customers and coworkers. Speak with customers using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees and managers. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Self motivated, sales oriented and reward driven personality.
  • Ability to read and use a computer, and use a headset telephone device.
  • Ability to read, write and effectively speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision.
  • Knowledge and ability to use office equipment
