Job Description

  • Make a variety of outbound calls as well as receive inbound calls to provide sales and customer services to a variety of clients. Process requests and current customer upgrades to include changes, contract extensions, up-selling and cancellations. Identify customer needs and determine appropriate actions. Verify rates, upgrades and explain special circumstances and policies to callers and customers. 
  • Accommodate and document special requests. Answer questions about products, line-ups, and services. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining a professional demeanor. Input and access data in various billing systems as well as follow proper escalation procedures when addressing customer concerns.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of customers and coworkers. We are a PCI-certified company and demand the utmost security and respect from our employees.
  • Speak with customers using clear and professional language; answer telephones and make outgoing calls using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees and managers. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and reward driven personality.
  • Proficient in using a computer as well as a headset telephone device.
  • Able to read, write and effectively speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
  • Capable of working independently under general supervision.
