Straight Forward is a Wisconsin based call center with locations in Sauk City, Eau Claire, Rice Lake, Brodhead, Menomonie, and Whitewater, WI. Straight Forward provides call center solutions for a variety of clients primarily in the Cable industry.

This position is in our Whitewater Wisconsin office and reports to the Operations Manager. The B2B Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling the company’s products and services via the telephone. Key aspects of the role involve selling products and services to businesses by placing outbound calls, getting through the gatekeeper, overcoming objections and closing sales. The ideal candidate will love a challenge and understand the importance of establishing customer relationships and proactively identifying new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone with some sales experience who could sell ice to an Eskimo. We need a self-confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with everyone from receptionists to CEO's and who has experience being persuasive, influential, and professional on the phone.
