Job Description

We are looking for a CRM specialist with Exact Target/Sales Force Cloud experience and experience with push notifications that is a must have.  We are looking for a Campaign Manager to help us convert, retain and upsell our customers. Come on board our growing team of top-notch team of professionals, working out of our San Francisco office. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

As the Campaign Manager, you will be the go-to-person for managing our lifecycle campaigns including email, sms, apps, on-site, social and direct marketing strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the management and monitoring of Customer Lifecycle including defining segmentation and communication strategy
  • Develop and implement CRM lifecycle contact strategy (cadence and frequency of touch points)
  • Identify key tactics to increase customer engagement and interaction
  • Developing standardized test reporting and dashboard templates in partnership with the Analytics group
  • Managing experimentation calendar through creation, updates and gate-keeping of test
  • Optimizing testing execution processes as necessary
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding results, deliverables and statuses of programs and initiatives
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated 3+ years in CRM or email marketing role using Exact Target (Saleforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Native English writing and speaking skills. Spanish, Tagalog or Hindi fluency a plus
  • A keen analytical mind, be strong on reporting, detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams both within and between organizations
  • Ability to be self-directed, highly motivated and have fun while working hard in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong project management and customer relationship skills

Education BS or similar experience
