Job Description

We are looking for well-rounded Full-stack developer (m/f/x) to assist in developing, maintaining, and deploying ClearCorrect's custom applications. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design
  • Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance
  • Determine system performance standards 
  • Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation 
  • Confer with analysts and programmers to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces 
  • Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status 
  • Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance 
  • Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, or security needs to determine hardware configuration 
  • Collaborate with peers and Level 1 Engineers on software design, work estimation and implementation of new features 
  • Perform peer code reviews 
  • Maintain a strategic point of view and keeping customer success in mind through the project life cycle 
  • Follows company policies and work rules

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in an established dental lab setting preferred
  • Full stack knowledge with front-end experience
  • Hands-on experience building enterprise applications using one or more JavaScript frameworks preferably AngularJS
  • Experience with building and maintaining microservices
  • Experience with build tools - Maven, Gradle and Jenkins
  • Experience object-oriented design, design patterns and domain driven design principles
  • Proven understanding of RESTful web architecture and design patterns
  • Proficiency with Unit Test, mocking framework and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Experience with Java, Spring and ORM framework Understanding of system design, distributed systems, event driven architectures, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and immutable infrastructure
  • Experience in source code version control (SVN, GIT)
  • Experience with SQL, RDBMS, and NoSQL concepts
  • Knowledge in fully automated CI build and deployment infrastructure and processes
  • Strong programming and excellent problem solving skills
  • High degree of self-direction and motivation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Having good understanding of Microsoft technologies is a plus
