Job Description

As Growth Marketer you have the unique opportunity to promote the growth of our young company by implementing successful growth strategies and measures/actions. In our venture team, you are the CMO and responsible for the commercialization: increasing revenue and profits by finding the right pricing, growing the user/customer base, driving customer engagement and retention, and leading creative brand and communications strategies. Your areas of responsibility include:

  • Designing and implementing growth strategies for our startups using all known marketing channels, focusing on the entire customer journey, from awareness to retention
  • Definition, validation, and monitoring of Growth KPIs
  • Obtaining customer feedback through online and offline surveys
  • Independent creation of landing pages, creatives, and much more
  • Set-up and monitoring of A/B tests through different channels
  • Optimisation of the different marketing channels to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs in addition to the acquisition of higher quality traffics
  • Data collection and analyses to identify patterns, trends, and user behaviour
  • Development of customer journeys and requirements for the product development
  • Close collaboration with the product team to get the optimal user experience
  • All in all, feeding Growth input into the common venture team goal of making a business case work

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in the active acquisition of users for a digital startup and/or the scaling and commitment of users in a mature digital company
  • Broad knowledge of the digital environment (UX, omni-channel marketing, analytics, conversion optimisation, storytelling, copywriting, performance marketing, email marketing, sales, lead generation, retention, A/B testing, image editing, Wordpress)
  • Technical understanding and accustomed dealing with different tools for a wide use as Growth Marketer
  • Fluent in German due to our DACH region customers
  • Fluent in English as we have an English speaking company culture
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality
  • Passion for building and scaling digital products and services
  • High level of independence, finding creative solutions, and result orientation
  • Ability to test hypotheses without having to develop elaborate features
  • Data-driven work style and reasoning
