We build web/mobile prototypes and MVPs to test and iterate business ideas quickly in the market. Later, we scale and grow the most promising ones to let them become leading solutions in their market. Simple click-dummies, rapid MVPs, and sophisticated deep-tech (SaaS) solutions, we have a variety of start-up projects ahead of us in several exciting verticals, such as FinTech, PropTech, Digital Health, Food & Beverage or MarTech.

Job Description

As a working student in our team you can take your own professional development into your own hands and gain practical experience in the challenging and diverse field of Talent Acquisition during your studies: 

  • Definition of sourcing strategies for current vacancies
  • Research on new recruiting tools, software, posting channels, online groups, meet-ups and continuous market observation
  • Identification, selection and attraction of potential candidates using different platforms
  • Support with screening of applications & pre-selection of suitable candidates
  • Correspondence with applicants & organization of interview days
  • Support and consulting of the recruiting team regarding topics such as candidate market and social media channels
  • Collaboration in & possibility to take over individual projects as well as process optimizations
  • Measuring performance of recruitment process based KPI and data
  • Contribution to teamwork improvement strategies, employer branding initiatives and community activities
  • Expansion and maintenance of our internal talent pool

Qualifications

  • You are an enrolled student in a Munich-based university preferably in the field of (business) psychology, HR Management or similar with at least 3 semesters left to study
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • First experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting e.g. through internships
  • Strong communication and intercultural competence
  • High level of commitment and hands-on attitude
  • A creative problem solver that is data-driven
  • You can work with limited guidance and have an independent work style
  • You are self motivated and ready for action by showing initiative
  • Availability: approx. 20 hours per week
