Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Director/VP of Marketing to lead Suitable’s marketing team including marketing communications, product marketing, public relations, corporate events, channel marketing and website development. Strong digital marketing background required - able to work with the following e-commerce sites, Amazon, Jet, Walmart etc. as well as all pertinent social marketing platforms.

What you’ll do:

Create awareness and lead generation to insure sales pipeline is full in both domestic and international marketplaces by working with both direct sales and channel partners

Define and execute a comprehensive go to digital market strategy across multiple market segments worldwide to drive awareness of Suitable's products;

Own product marketing strategy for new products, establishing key value propositions, messaging and pricing for bringing new products to market;

Hold responsibility for the company’s overall brand positioning including corporate web presence, internet communication strategies, conference presence, PR and more;

Provide strategic and tactical direction for Marketing including planning, budgeting, and scheduling;

Grow and create our marketing team;

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Services, Legal, and Finance.



Qualifications

Your background:

MBA and 10+ years of related marketing leadership experience; industry experience in capital equipment cellular and wireless communications hardware-as-a-service technologies, unified communications, and other collaboration technologies.

Forward-thinking leader with the ability to create strategy, drive decisions and take action;

Leadership experience in launching & marketing both consumer and enterprise hardware/software products;

High level strategic thinking to develop strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals;

Solid reputation as a thought leader and excellent communicator of company & product visions;

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, including influencing at executive level;

Collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with other departments to create tightly integrated strategies;

Work experience and in-depth knowledge in mobile devices, robotics, collaboration, and communication business

Experience with technology licensing business models and channel strategies;

Knowledgeable about user experience, preferably familiar with videoconferencing or comparable;

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

Ability to balance competing priorities;

Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional and personal relationships with key business partners and customers positively impacting business growth;

Experience working in an early stage market company;

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time and to use product in lieu of travel.
