Super Color Digital is looking for a Sr. Accountant in the grand format digital printing/gaming industry with at least 5 years of accounting experience.

We are the largest grand format printing/gaming company in the U.S. — a growing but flexible company driving toward even greater industry leadership and success. Our reputation for top performance, 24/7 production and the delivery of high impact short timeframe projects is the best in the industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Process and review customer payments and post to their accounts in the accounting system.
• Job Costing to include the review of Production Detail Reports and closing the jobs in the ERP system. This may require going onto the Production Floor to investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare job costing spreadsheet analysis as needed.
• Maintain Parts master files and assist in setting up new inventory items.
• Coordinate the daily cycle counts and annual Physical Inventory, prepare schedules and reconcile the Physical Inventory in the accounting system.
• Reconcile G/L Accounts as needed for month end close.
• Prepare and enter journal entries
• Assist with Accounts Payable to reconcile problems with invoices or vendors.
• Inform the CFO of any problems with Production, A/R or A/P.
• Daily review of tracking reports for Receivers, Purchase Orders and Orders.
• Ad hoc reports as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Associates Degree in an Accounting or Business field required.
• Five years of full time accounting experience with an accounting environment.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and an understanding of state and federal accounting laws.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of digital and screen-printing procedures and processes.
