Switch Video is a video animation company. Established 7 years ago and having produced more than 700 videos, we are a leader in the explanatory video space. Our video marketing agency is used by medium-sized businesses to global corporations to simplify the explanation of their product offerings. We are growing our US operations and expect significant growth in the next 2 years.

• Manage the content marketing agency to ensure that they are delivering against Switch’s Content Marketing needs effectively, on time and on budget
• Develop an editorial calendar consistent with industry standards and ensure content is published accordingly
• Coordinate the development of associated creative assets
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content is in-line with campaign and sales strategy 
• Coordinate contributed articles on a monthly basis ensuring the appropriate editorial voice is applied.
• Coordinate content development for nurture campaigns as needed
• Support SEO efforts with appropriate content development
• Develop and deploy social media content strategy on Switch’s and related social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+
• Other tasks and as needed

• BSc or BA from a recognized college or university
• Familiarity with wordpress and Pardot is an asset
• Proven interest in content themes appropriate to Switch’s audience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience editing, publishing and scheduling content 
• Familiarity with B2B marketing best practices is an asset
• Strong creative content skills and experience with the development of an editorial calendar
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to build and maintain key relationships across the business and work collaboratively across marketing and sales organizations
• Experience managing external agencies and coordinating cross-functional teams
