Health and Service Support Representatives provide service and assistance to the customers of a wide variety of clients.  Services include reception for telehealth services, health information and service referrals, attendance management, requests for materials and processing charitable donations. 

This position is ideal for problem solvers who can empathize with callers and provide them with accurate information and excels in a team work environment.  Strong communication and computer skills are necessary to excel in this stable, team-oriented work environment.
