In this role, you’ll be responsible for daily digital marketing activities (social media, website management, blog), database management/maintenance, and lead generation (the very top of the pipeline). You’ll get to learn the ins and outs of how a business is run, and you’ll gain a wealth of knowledge about the startup space. You’ll also be involved in community engagement initiatives and internal reporting/analysis. We believe in active training, so be prepared to get your hands dirty in your first week!

You’re a self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented individual. You don’t wait around for direction when you know what needs to be done, you just get out there and make it happen. You might be passionate about technology, the startup world, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, or all of the aforementioned! You’ve got experience working in small teams, and are capable of working effectively in a remote environment. You’d benefit from coming in well-versed in all things social media (Facebook, Twitter, and especially LinkedIn) and maybe you’ve even got a blog/vlog. Experience with various CMS/CRM/ATS is a huge plus, as well as data/statistical analysis/reporting. Must be beyond computer literate and extremely strong in both verbal and written English.
