Synergy Wireless Solutions is currently accepting applications from qualified candidates to join our national network deployment team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hands on deployment/operational experience of the Nokia Flexi BTS Platform and able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the Flexi BTS and the ability to troubleshoot HW and SW related issues.

The daily tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Remote technical support to field engineers.
  
• Remote fault diagnosis and rectification of Nokia Flexi LTE BTS utilizing experience and product documentation.
• Supporting field technicians, tower technicians and drive test teams with remote technical
  support of the Nokia Flexi BTS and associated equipment.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of in-house technical documentation.

• Min 3 years experience of Nokia Flexi BTS.
  
• Min 3 years experience of Telecom equipment including CSR, LMU, PDU.
• Min 3 years experience of cellular network deployment projects.
• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
