Synergy Wireless Solutions is currently accepting applications from qualified candidates to join our national network deployment team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hands on deployment or operations experience of either Nokia, ALU, Samsung or Ericsson BTS.

The daily tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Installation, Commissioning and Integration of BTS equipment into existing customer networks
• Fault diagnosis and rectification of BTS utilizing experience and product documentation
• Supporting switch, tower technicians and drive test teams with on site technical support of BTS and associated equipment such as CSR, LMU, GPS, PDU
• Assist with the development and maintenance of in-house technical documentation
• On site technical lead able to interface with the customer in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  

• Min 3 years experience of Nokia, ALU, Samsung or Ericsson BTS
  
• Min 3 years experience of Telecomm equipment including CSR, LMU, PDU.
• Min 3 years experience of cellular network deployment projects or network operations
• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and be able to pass a driving record check
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and MVR/DMV screen
  
• Ability to travel and work in different states for extended periods of time
