Synergy Wireless Solutions is currently accepting applications from qualified candidates to join our national network deployment team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years hands on network deployment project management experience on either T-Mobile, At&t, Verizon, Sprint or US Cellular networks.

The PM Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach,mentor, motivate and supervise project team members.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Conduct project reviews and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful

• PMP, Bachelor’s Degree. Business Administration, Project Management and 3+ years of experience
• 3+ years formal project management work experience
• 3+ years working on multiple projects of various sizes
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project and Visio
• Working understanding of PMI principles and practices; demonstrated ability to apply PMI principals required
• Good written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates with all employee levels and levels of management.
• Ability to identify project impacting issues and work with more senior members of the Project Management team to develop and implement solutions.
• Awareness of general accounting practices, related to project management - including budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts payable.
