Aesthetic  Brand Manager



General Overview of Position:

The Aesthetic Marketing Manager will report to the Aesthetic
Marketing Director and support all marketing activities and initiatives for Syneron Candela’s North America Aesthetic Products.  The Marketing Manager will work on the Aesthetic team to support all aesthetic family of brands that span both our physician and consumer markets. The individual must demonstrate leadership, be creative with the ability to roll up sleeves and  work in a fast paced innovative environment, be able to respond nimbly to rapid changes, handle multiple competing demands simultaneously.

Job Description:

•    Build strategic vision for brand plans to expand market and drive long term relevancy and vitality of brand to our physician and consumer audiences
•    Develop and creative execute  above mentioned plans and programs, strategic tools and resources to support both direct to physician lead generation, sales initiatives, product and consumer awareness – on line and offline
•    Drive  launches of products,  product extensions and new applications
•    Work with customers (physicians, medical professionals and/or  business owners), cultivate relationships, create reference sites, cultivate speakers in order to support products through their product life cycle
•    Provide direction on physician and b2c public relations efforts related to the brand
•    Responsible for driving and reporting on effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies
•    Develop, own and manage program budgets, including tracking and analysis
•    Support field sales organization in their efforts to create sales tools and product promotions
•    Execute day to day logistics related to brand (responsibility for budget, POs, regulatory processes, printed inventory, digital assets)
•    Manage customer and sales portals as they relate to brand
•    Build  and support Practice Marketing Programs as they relate to the brand
•    Responsible for communication of marketing activities including external and internal communications
•    Responsible for brand announcements/communications to customer database
•    Drive and execute social/digital, search engine marketing campaigns to generate demand, patient awareness and leads for the brand
•    Drive content for lead nurturing initiatives
•    Responsible for content for all creative materials
•    Create content and structure for workshops and educational programs
•    Understand and analyze trends in the body shaping market and provide recommendations to stay ahead of innovation
•    Collect industry data for content development for lead gen activities
•    Must be able to work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results.
 
Requirements:
•    Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
•    Experience in market for aesthetic treatments and/or devices a plus
•    Experience working with physicians a plus
•    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and communications
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Familiarity with SalesForce and Marketo a plus
•    Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills
•    Experience overseeing the design and production or print materials and publications
•    Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
•    Must exhibit excellent communication skills, both oral and written
•    25-30%  travel is required throughout the year
