This is a fixed-term position with a contract duration until March 2026.

CP Core is a global project focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementation. The scope covers 80 countries across 4 regions, and its complexity arises from the areas impacted: Commercial, Research & Development, Production, Supply, and Finance Operations. These factors make it a truly end-to-end process systems implementation.

As a Training Coordinator, you will support Finance OCM and Training team in delivering relevant finance originating user training programs, in time for their effective utilization for the roll out of S4/HANA.

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:

• Ensure training material content creation tracking drives delivery
• Support the adaptation of core training materials for multiple delivery channels: video, e-learning, and instructor-led sessions
• Support the language translation process of training materials/trainings across Syngenta's standard languages
• Provide creative ideation support within the training content delivery and communications area
• Support delivery of communications around the training plan across relevant user groups
• Ensure awareness of training material availability for trainers across UAT and End User phases (pre and post go-live)
• Coordinate and support execution of training plan sessions, including facilitation of ad-hoc requirements arising during hypercare periods
• Track and provide visibility of training delivery versus project plan and scope

• BSc/MSc degree or equivalent qualification
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in multinational environment
• Fluency in English
• Project management and delivery skills
• Writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation
• Familiarity with communication platforms
• Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint knowledge 
• Creativity and innovative thinking
• Good communication skills with ability to influence across multi national stakeholders
• Experience with media editing tools is beneficial
• Knowledge of AI platforms to support training materials' multimedia conversion (video, language translations, etc.) is beneficial
