Regional Value Pricing Lead - CEE

As Regional Value Pricing Lead, you will drive the adoption and execution of value-based pricing methodology across your region, ensuring optimal price setting that maximizes customer value and business growth.
You will act as the regional champion for pricing excellence—translating global strategies into locally relevant actions, leveraging market intelligence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture and sustain value.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, combining data-driven insights with a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and portfolio positioning. You will play a pivotal role in embedding pricing best practices, developing capabilities within the region, and ensuring compliance with global frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of value-based pricing strategies in the region, ensuring alignment with global transformation initiatives and adaptation to local market conditions.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and portfolio teams to integrate customer insights and market trends into pricing decisions, maximizing value capture.
- Oversee regional price setting processes, including portfolio pricing, monitoring price–volume–mix performance, and recommending adjustments to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Maintain and enhance pricing tools, systems, and methodologies in line with global guidelines, supporting the rollout of new technologies and processes.
- Act as governance lead for pricing within the region—resolving discrepancies, ensuring policy compliance, and contributing to global best practice sharing.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in developing and implementing pricing strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical capability, including proficiency in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid financial acumen, with the ability to link pricing decisions to revenue growth, margin improvement, and ROI.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies, and to lead change initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions, solve complex pricing challenges creatively, and maintain high attention to detail in execution
