Job Description
The Demand Generation Lead is responsible for creating and executing activities that generate high-quality demand for Syngenta portfolio. This role connects marketing and sales by driving awareness, interest, and intent across the grower journey, ultimately delivering qualified leads and accelerating revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- KPI: Sales (sell-in), Consumption, Product On Ground
- Planning and execution of farmer-focused Demand Generation campaigns to drive POG
- Ensure alignment with Channel Management Lead on focus areas and priority segments.
- Primary responsible for Demand Generation activities at grower level with Star and Core products as primary focus.
- Implement demand generation strategies aligned with product positioning and market objectives
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives to enhance market penetration and brand awareness in key segments
- Monitor sales pipeline progression and implement acceleration strategies when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related Field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 Years Experience in Demand Generation, Sales, Field Marketing or Agricultural Marketing.
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to track and report on Key Performance Metrics.
- Deeply understanding about crop protection is advantage
- Strong understanding of farming practices, agronomy, and local market dynamics.
