Job Description

Wage: $11-$13.00 hourly based upon experience

Summary: Data collection, entry, and reporting; process documentation; project administration; organize and maintain file systems: electronic and physical; compose, type, and distribute correspondence

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Although this may be your primary duty or function, you are expected to be cross-trained in other areas of the business and assist in those areas on an as-needed basis.


  • Data collection, entry, and reporting
    • Update Operations Report daily/weekly
      • Lister count
      • RMA and Open Cases
      • Sell-through percentages per facility
      • Reformulate charts/graphs weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually
      • Email in PDF format weekly
      • eBay/Amazon detailed RMA report
    • Scrap / Inventory reports per facility and follow up to ensure they are being completed
    • Error reports on live eBay/Amazon listings
    • Daily sales reports
    • Photo issue reports sent out daily
  • Oversight - Operations
    • Weight of material sent
    • Ensure assigned customer POs are taken care of properly monthly
    • Assist in E-market as required
  • Oversight –  Warehouse
    • Monitoring orders in Ready to Ship Inspect OIH to ensure comments are being updated and POs are being closed on time
  • Send reports to Operations Manager and Team Leaders of the facility
    • Managing/assist with spreadsheets and administrative compliance for all departments.
    • Manage smart tickets (ensure they are being launched properly and analyze whether they are selling or not)
  • Oversight – EHS/HR
    • Improvement goals
    • Create and manage CAPAs
    • Targets and objectives
    • Facility specific tasks
    • File Retention and management
    • Other miscellaneous tasks
  • Process documentation
    • Update process work instructions and forms
    • Follow work instruction and form templates to formulate documentation
  • Project administration
    • Maintain projects calendar
    • Send updates to affected team members
    • Monitor deadlines and update team
    • Participation as team member
  • File system maintenance
    • Maintain in house and electronic data files for all departments
    • Organize and maintain physical files for all departments
  • General tasks
    • Meeting minutes for any and all applicable EHS/HR and Operations meetings
    • Schedule interviews as necessary
    • Setting up conference calls / meetings
    • Sourcing needed products
    • Expense reports
  • Understand Technology Conservation Group’s QEHS processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to
    • Improve operations
    • Decrease turnaround times
    • Streamline work processes
    • Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
  • Follow procedures and exercise independent judgment in maintaining the routine flow of work

Physical Demands

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

   Organization skills, must be accurate and detail-oriented

  • Skills in keyboarding of at least 50 wpm, must be accurate and detail-oriented
  • Extensive knowledge of internet search methods, search engines and how to most effectively structure search criteria
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a familiarity with working on other Microsoft Office products

Requirements:  A minimum of five years experience in an administrative position
