We’re down to our final few spots for Event Assistants at TED2025 in Vancouver, BC—and one of them is perfect for golf lovers! ⛳ You could be working an interactive mini-golf activation, helping guests tee up for a fun and engaging experience.

These short-term, in-person contract roles run from April 5 - 11, 2025, offering a day rate of $200 - $250 CAD. If you’re quick on your feet, great with people, and love the energy of live events, this is your chance to be part of something incredible.

What You COULD Be Doing 🎤✨

✅ Helping produce and execute TED2025’s world-class event experience
✅ Guiding attendees, answering questions, and providing local recommendations
✅ Assisting high-profile guests with tact and professionalism
✅ Setting up and tearing down event spaces (yes, some lifting is required—think 50 lbs max!💪)
✅ Using mobile devices to track engagement and event flow
