 Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Program Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to lead the delivery of SAP solutions in an Agile environment. This hybrid role blends strategic program oversight with hands-on Agile facilitation, ensuring that SAP initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and product owners to drive solution delivery.
  • Monitor program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective governance, change control, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation across SAP delivery teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale SAP programs (ECC, S/4HANA, or related modules) and have implementing driving BRIM projects programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, or similar platforms.
