Location: Santa Clara, California (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Mandatory Skills: SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio), SAP SD BRIM

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in SAP SD/OTC functionality across the entire Order to Cash lifecycle. This role is pivotal to our SAP BRIM transformation and requires a strategic thinker with hands-on migration experience and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of customer, product, and transaction data from SAP S/4HANA to SAP BRIM.
  • Collaborate with business teams to enrich and validate S/4HANA data for seamless migration.
  • Work with boundary systems like EMS and quoting platforms to ensure smooth data flow into BRIM.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure successful order creation and booking in BRIM.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on SAP SD/OTC configurations and best practices.
  • Support performance optimization and ensure minimal latency during integration.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience as a Senior SAP SD Business Analyst in SAP ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA environments.
  • Proven expertise in SAP SD/OTC across all areas of the Order to Cash lifecycle.
  • Strong experience in data migration and transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Experience working in SaaS-based environments is a plus.
  • Prior involvement in SAP BRIM implementations or migrations is highly desirable.
