Who is TSA?

TSA is an Australian-owned business helping companies acquire, retain and grow their consumer customer bases. We represent some of the country's largest brands from across multiple call centres in Australia and the Philippines.

What will you do?

Working with TSA, you will supporting Australia's newest Airline Bonza. Bonza will be offering commercial flights within Australia, as well as freight routes. 

In performing this role you will be booking flights, rescheduling flights when required, updating customers details and delivering the highest quality of service. You will also chat with customers through the online chat through the Bonza website.  

An overview of the role;

  • Rotating roster 6am - 9pm Monday - Sunday (7.6 hour shifts). We provide a flexibility around shifts and availability
  • Permanent full-time role commencing 6th September 2022

  • Passionate about customer service 
  • Confident in taking ownership of calls to problem solve and come up with solutions
  • A high degree of attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and manage time effectively without compromising service levels
  • Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations
  • Highly flexible and adaptable – welcomes change
  • A love for learning new things
  • You must be located within Melbourne to be successful in the role
  • Must have fixed internet connection with appropriate home office set up
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID 19
