Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will support internal hiring for Solve by Talent. Your focus will be proactively identifying and engaging high-quality recruitment and corporate talent to join our growing business.

This is an internal talent acquisition role, responsible for building pipelines, supporting hiring managers and ensuring we attract the right people to scale Solve successfully. You will play a key role in strengthening our internal capability and future leadership bench.

What You’ll Be Owning

  • Proactively sourcing talent for internal Solve by Talent vacancies

  • Building talent pipelines across recruitment, delivery and corporate functions

  • Conducting initial screening and qualification calls

  • Writing and publishing engaging job advertisements

  • Partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and capability gaps

  • Market mapping competitor talent and identifying passive candidates

  • Managing candidate experience from first touchpoint through to offer stage

  • Maintaining accurate records within ATS systems

  • Providing market insights and talent intelligence to leadership

  • Leveraging AI and sourcing tools to increase efficiency and reach

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years recruitment or talent acquisition experience

  • Experience working in agency and/or internal recruitment environments

  • Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms

  • Experience hiring recruiters or corporate support functions highly desirable

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
