• Research best-practices and create copy for website landing pages

• Develop high-impact case studies that evangelizes our position as an innovator in the product management landscape and resonates with our customers

• Assist with creating content for weekly release logs

• Make recommendations for improvements on existing marketing website pages

• Create compelling email marketing campaigns to improve conversion and retention rates

• Edit/proofread to ensure all content meets established expectations and standards

• 3+ months of writing experience, with web copy. Experience writing about B2B SaaS solutions and knowledge of the product management space is a plus

• Enough confidence to share your ideas, participate in business conversations, and take (or give) constructive criticism

• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work 

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to the product management space

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and navigating in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to embrace our startup culture with flexibility to take on emerging responsibilities as we grow

• Experience/knowledge with Content Management Systems is encouraged
