Job Description

Responsibilities:

Providing facilitation, documentation, planning and reporting expertise to the Wealth Management IT team and their projects.
Responsible for coordinating with Development team managers, Business managers, other project managers and the PMO team

Required Skills:

Knowledge and experience of Project Management techniques / methodologies
Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookups), PowerPoint.
Experienced with using Microsoft Project including demonstrable experience of constructing and critiquing project plans.
Ability to interact and empathize with development teams, demonstrating the ability to act as a value add partner for those teams.
Strong commitment to high quality standards.
Excellent time management skills, ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with investment banking, application development projects and SDLC preferred.
Experience with HP-PPM or Sharepoint is a plus
