Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Program Management Officer (PMO) is a key component in the Core Processing business and development management organizations. The person in this role will work closely with a designated CP development department on their budget by managing the forecast & spend for its resources, as well as work items in their portfolio. The PMO will also create and/or contribute to reports that are used by CP senior management as well as external organizations. The PMO will also work closely with the CP business management team.
Establish, monitor, and maintain resources within the Staffing Planner application to reconcile with both headcount requirements and project-level budgets
Create ad hoc reporting and metrics for various project-related compliance efforts
Serve as Core Processing Liaison to various centralized teams as well as other development teams outside of Core Processing

Required Skills:

Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with SDLC, Project Management, and PMO
PPM Tool experience

Preferred Skills:

PMI certification a plus
