Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all components of the project life cycle: scope definition and management, planning, estimating, analysis, development, testing, and implementation.
The resource will be responsible for developing relationships with business owners & key contributors, communicating project status, and understanding detailed business requirements across multiple project initiatives.
The Resource will be tasked with but not limited to, managing Tech Refreshes, On-boarding and various projects for multiple internal businesses and clients.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Call Center technologies (Dialers, call recording, call routing, workforce management).

 MS Office

 MS Project

 Project Management

 SharePoint

 Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

 Excellent leadership qualities and presentation skills.

 Experience in relationship building with business clients, team members, colleagues, and peers across  multiple locations.

 Must be experienced in leading complex large scale IT infrastructure and telephony projects as well as  handling multiple priorities and tasks.

 Some travel may be required.

Preferred Skills:

PMP certification a plus.
