Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work closely on cross-work stream initiatives
Conduct research and gather data
Update and manage detailed project plans
Complete status reports and scorecard updates
Assist with communications and presentations


Required Skills:

5 years of Project Management/Business Analysis experience in a combined business, operations and technology environment within the Financial Services industry
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Results-driven independent worker, and self-starter
Flexible individual who can easily and efficiently transition across topics and disciplines
Solid data organization and maintenance skills must be detail-oriented
Able to accept direction, duties and changing priorities as assigned
Strong report writing skills and the ability to synthesize work products into executive summaries
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Project, Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, and SharePoint
Proactive self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
