Hiring Capacity Planning Manager,type contract duration 12 Months.

The role is responsible for Architecting Capacity Design and Service Delivery in areas of Network, Systems, Storage and Applications. You will ensure that network infrastructure and operation is designed to Scale; to be reliable and compliant with all respective of capacity available across systems, Storage and Network and make sure that the capacity management systems are compliant with internal and external requirements and meets the expectation. Following are desired skills and experience needed.

• University degree preferably in Electronics & Communication, electrical, CS or any technical subject or any comparable education
• BMC Capacity Management or equivalent product knowledge a must.
  
• Ability to understand agile deployment process
  
• ITIL v3 certification in Capacity Management preferred
  
• Experience with enterprise grade load balancers (e.g. F5, Cisco)
  
• Familiarity with Tools like Netscout, Splunk, NETMRI, BMC remedy  
  
•  Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect / SME position of a Data Center related role
  
• Experience in integrating a wide range of inputs to build a global capacity plan to serve multiple streams of demand
  
• Excellent and broad technology knowledge of Applications, Data center and Networks
  
• Excellent Infrastructure and Operations background
  
• Strong experience in managing outsourcing contract, KPI’s and SLA’s preferably with Data Center suppliers
  
• Capability to lead multiple capacity programs to successful conclusion and handover to DC Operations
  
• Commercial background for effective management of the datacenter service providers
  
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
