Job Description

  • New product sourcing by developing new suppliers
  • Identify new product opportunities through conducting market research of available product features and prices, and via working with internal teams
  • Working with clients (internal and external) to determine the product design requirements
  • Brainstorming product ideas and creating models
  • Designing products with the needs and wants of a specific audience in mind
  • Provide graphic and packaging designs to new products when necessary
  • Conduct application and user experience test of products developed
  • Working to improve the appearance, safety, and usefulness of company products
  • Provide support and management to new product launches
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs, reverse logistics, and market intelligence, and apply this knowledge to influence future product roadmap and sourcing decisions. Assess and mitigate risks to the business.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese
  • Bachelors or Master Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain.
  • A minimum of three years in a global sourcing capacity
  • Good  knowledge of sourcing, purchasing and negotiating in the electronics industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interactions at all levels of the organization
  • Good cost analysis skills, program management skills, problem solving skills, understanding of manufacturing and general engineering
