Job Description

This is a great opportunity for new or recent graduates to build a career in sales at a fast-growth technology company. 

The candidate will develop sales in the R/C, battery and power application field through working with product management, engineering and other operation departments. The sales position is responsible for closely engaging with the customer to understand client requirements, as well as managing the entire process of sales project to completion. A successful candidate should possess strong organizational, project management, multi-tasking and communication abilities, as well as demonstrated flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile for success. Basic knowledge of batteries or other general engineering principles is a plus but not required.

 

Job Description:

  1. Generate business leads through various sales channels, including but not limited to market analysis and research, trade shows, customer visit, company provided sales leads, etc.
  2. Work closely with customers and internal supporting departments to define customer product requirements; developing battery and charger solutions / projects with engineering support, and conducting business negotiation; integrating project requirements with business operations.
  3. Interface with product management, manufacturing and technical departments for coordinating the design and fabricating prototype specialty batteries, customized battery and charging system
  4. Utilizes Knowledge of battery industry and applications, cost implications in developing product proposal, spec, labels and shipping is required
  5. Ensure timely project completion and sales margin
  6. Perform all duties of Sales position, including order processing and sales administration, trade show activity, customers' visit and customer satisfaction efforts.
  7. Manage sales project to ensure timely delivery of solution and products

Compensation:

- Base plus commission: base pay commensurate with experience

Optional qualifications:

  • Sales and consumer electronic industry experience are a plus
