Job Description

Sales Operation Assistant will perform duties to support sales related operation, ensure order creation accuracy and smooth shipment and AR. Daily duty includes:

  • Sales order creation/data entry.
  • Follow up on Pending Orders to ensure Processed and Shipped
  • Verify w/ Packing Team as needed
  • Pro Forma Invoice creation/data entry.
  • Follow up Accounts Receivable table.
  • Return Authorization creation/data entry.
  • Follow up on backordered sales order to ensure shipment when product arrives.
  • Assist Sales Team in calling customer accounts
  • Other sales operation related duties

Qualifications

  1. A great personality  and a passion for helping sales rep and customers.
  2. 2-year Associates Degree   
  3. Type 60+WPM
  4. Strong organizational skills
  5. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and listening skills
  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  7. Understanding of basic online retail process and procedures
