Job Description

Tenergy is seeking an experienced RC enthusiast to join our high performing Customer Service team. This fun and challenging job will include the following primary responsibilities:

  • Helping customers troubleshoot and solve technical issues of RC related products.
  • Giving advice and product recommendations to beginners and advanced hobbyists alike
  • Engaging customers via our online chat system
  • Responding to customer emails 
  • Helping doing incoming product testing when needed
  • RMA repair

Qualifications

Candidates shall meet the following qualifications:

  • More than 3 Years RC airplane and/or helicopter experience
  • More than 1 year multi-rotor / Drone experience
  • Excellent English oral and written skills
  • Calm and patient - able to interact professionally with customers even under pressure
  • Customer first mentality
  • Proficient with PC applications including web browser, email, instant messaging, Microsoft Word and Excel.
