Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inside Sales / B2B Portal Sales

2. The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining the Small Business account base

3. Responsible for on-going effort to convert existing Small Business account base to B2B Portal

4. Sales follow up to ensure orders are entered, shipped, and payment is secured

5. Responsible to create new newsletters, email blasts, new product & promotion communications

6. Responsible to troubleshoot and coordinate improvements to the B2B portal, and report findings and suggests to Sales Manager and IT Support


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS, AND MINIMAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. 1-3 years office exp or college degree

2. English, Strong written and verbal communication

3. Excellent customer service skills; must be able to engage and negotiate with external customers

4. MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)

5. Ability to create, manage, and analyze reports
