Job Description

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Line Cook to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and have excellent working knowledge of Italian cuisine. Your role will be to organize and lead the kitchen. Those with extensive catering experience will also be considered as our catering division is experiencing high levels of growth.

Ideal skills we are looking for are:

Excellent communication and organization skills

Excellent culinary and food processing skills

Experience in ordering, inventory maintenance, and shrink control

Ability to supervise, train, and cross-train kitchen staff

Maintain sanitation standards throughout the work area
