Job Description
The Lotus Notes/Domino developer (Intermediate) requires hands on experience with Lotus Domino 8.5 database development. Lotus Domino 8.5 is used in conjunction with design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Macromedia Dreamweaver to create secure and unsecure web based applications. Work to define requirements and create easy-to-use applications. Domino Developers are responsible for developing code for multiple concurrent applications to meet all client requirements to include design, research, and problem-solving.
Position Requirements:
o 4 years’ experience operating Web based applications
o Hands on experience of latest web technologies (XML, JSON, AJAX)
o Experience with xPages preferred
o 4 years of experience with Domino security to include access control lists
o 4 years of experience in developing applications involving large numbers of documents without affecting application performance
Skill Requirements:
o 4 years application development experience with Lotus Notes/Domino
o Certified Lotus Professional or equivalent work experience
Desired Skills:
o Good documentation experience
o Good problem solving skills
o Attention to detail and continuous quality improvement
o Excellent user interface skills
o Self-starter and ability to work as part of team
Qualifications
Candidates must have and be able to obtain and maintain an active government clearance
