Will be the onsite IT Technician for Naval Operations Support Center (NOSC) in Fort Worth, TX.

• Need Heavy Remedy and PC & Printer Troubleshooting experience
• Need Active Directory Experience to Add user to groups, set permissions, and reset password
• Need Ticketing System experience (creating, updating, closing tickets):  Remedy, Heat, Magic

·   Good Customer Service (positive attitude and personable)

• Experience in a DoD environment preferred but not required

Clearance:  Must presently have and be able to maintain a US Government clearance at the minimum collateral level. | No exceptions!

Other:  Ability to pass Drug Screening and Background Check

HP Schedule: 

• Travel Required:  Yes.  (Will travel 2-3 weekends out of the month  *Friday-Monday*)
• Travel time is considered working hours (up to 8 hours per day of travel is billable on timecard)
• Will receive a Quarterly Travel Schedule from HP:  Travel is usually within 500 miles of your home   location.
• Airfare, Hotel & Rental car are purchased up front by The Experts. 
• Employee will be responsible for incidentals (food, tolls, laundry, baggage fees), but will be reimbursed for authorized expenses when Expense Reports are submitted
• Will work at NOSC Mon-Fri on non travel weeks
• Travel weeks, will travel to the site Friday evening , work Saturday & Sunday to support the Reserve Forces during their Drill Weekends

  *You will receive 2 days off during the week to compensate for Drill Weekend work*

Hours:  Normal Working Hours (40 Hours Per Week)  + Overtime

Certifications:  Security+ Certification Required

Additional:  Candidates will be issued a Laptop & Blackberry Phone.
