Job Description
Candidates MUST have a minimum of a Top Secret clearance - no exceptions
Must also have an 8570 certification - preferably Security+
Compensation is DOE but between 15-19/hr
Long term opporunity - no travel involved
Qualifications
- Trouble/incident and change request ticket management using Remedy Incident Management Tool
- Accurately document, triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents
- Install and maintain copper and fiber optic infrastructure
- Install and maintain telephone equipment, including analog, ISDN and Voice over IP common equipment and telephones
- Test, and troubleshoot and restore user connectivity issues related to LAN/VLANs
- Test, and troubleshoot and restore service issues related to analog, ISDN and Voice over IP
- Make decisions based on applicable ITA requirements, codes, standards, and best practices.
- Create, modify and maintain infrastructure records, such as drawings, cut sheets and Planet documents
- Deliver exceptional customer service
