Job Description

This is an immediate, excellent contract opportunity, with potential for permanent hire.



  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Managing travel
  • Generating and submitting expense reports
  • Code and submit for payment all invoices
  • Scheduling conference calls and meetings
  • Typing correspondence, responding to written and electronic correspondence
  • Opening and organizing mail
  • Answering phones and screening calls, as appropriate
  • Providing ad-hoc project support as needed
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to prioritize, manage time and work load effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of independent judgment but also be a team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with Senior Management and all levels of staff
  • Grace under pressure
  • Highly skilled in and Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
  • College degree preferred
