Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Production support and development of a Workbrain / Infor Workforce Management application
  • Design, Build, Test and Deploy Workbrain Time and Attendance module solutions
  • Developing customizations using Workbrain APIs
  • Reporting Product/Core issues to Vendor/Client and coordinating for solution
  • Applying fixes/patches/upgrades from Product vendor
  • Interface with management, business analysts, project managers, and other developers, along with internal customers to understand requirements and develop according to business requirements
  • Workbrain Time & Attendance Support of Java Application  


Skills:

  • 2 - 4 years experience with Workbrain Time and Attendance
  • 5+ years practical (hands*on) experience with J2EE applications development
  • Workbrain Time & Attendance Java, JDBC, Oracle, Weblogic, UNIX, PL/SQL, Shell, Windows
  • Strong architecture and design skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of patterns and best practices
  • Strong ability to decompose a broad level business requirement into technical implementation
  • Ability to mentor and guide development team members
  • Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a customer service oriented attitude
  • Strong understanding of web development
  • 2 - 4 Years HTML, and JavaScript, Web Services
  • Work with a team to create project estimates based on business requirements
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos
  • Strong understanding of best practices around Application security
  • Strong knowledge of web server and application server capabilities and configuration
  • Desire to learn new skills and technologies
  • Innovative thinking to solve challenging problems
  • Results oriented with an ability to work in team and individual contributor work environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
