Do you want to be part of something amazing? The Product Team is looking for a Mobile Product Manager.

We are seeking a Mobile Product Manager to help drive the future of the StandOut iOS and Android products, the on-the-go extension of a cloud-based toolset designed to drive team leader effectiveness. You will be responsible for improving existing mobile and wearable device applications and developing new products, modules and features based on client feedback and market conditions. The Mobile PM will oversee the entire mobile product lifecycle from product strategy through to launch and user feedback. You will be a self-directed creative thinker, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to TMBC’s reputation, growth and success. You will be knowledgeable on Agile methodologies and best practices.

We are headquartered in Beverly Hills, and the Mobile Product Manager role must work onsite due to the highly collaborative and iterative nature of the work.

• Driving holistic product vision and product design from concept to release
• Analyzing market research and competitive intelligence to develop unique points of view and differentiation in the market
• Developing innovative solutions to meet complex business needs across multiple customers, industries and stakeholders
• Gathering and synthesizing customer and prospect requirements
• Researching enterprise and mobile technology trends
• Developing technology solutions to everyday problems
• Assessing and analyzing roadmap requirements and functionality needs to determine build, buy, or partner approaches for each
• Translating feedback and requirements into functional specifications for development, utilizing user personas and user stories
• Developing wireframes to visualize solutions
• Supporting release launches via documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and internal and external communications and webinars
• Working cross-functionally with the Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Professional Services and the Development teams to ensure product success

Education and Experience

• BA/BS in applicable field or equivalent experience in Product Management
• Must have 4+ years of experience in enterprise software Product Management or related function
• Ability to understand technical concepts and mobile applications.
• Self-directed: ability to operate independently with little outside management/direction.
• Ability to brainstorm, come up with new solutions and think outside of the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentations skills.
• Ability to brainstorm, think outside the box, and turn to others for guidance and feedback.
• Experience working in an Agile environment; experience with Scrum, Nexus, or LeSS is a plus
• Experience working in a PO role is a huge plus
• Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in talent management or HCM domain.
