The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for working with the Engineering and Project Management teams on a variety of financial planning and special projects. Specifically, the Senior Finance Manager will work on ROI initiatives as it relates to new product opportunities and work with the Project Management teams on the delivery of such items with a focus on budget planning and cost controls. This role will require a high level of interaction with senior management across finance, operations, and engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting from accredited four-year college or university is required; MBA highly preferred
• 6+ years financial planning and analysis experience required; Manufacturing and/or Telecom experience highly desired
• Prior management experience required
