  We're a small to mid-sized eCommerce retailer dealing in high value, high volume kitchen appliances. We're in a period of rapid growth and require a capable Customer Support Agent to join us and grow with us as we become a leader in our market. 

Job Description


  • Answer phone calls, email and website live chat (Sales/Support inquiries related to our products)
  • Office tasks (Data entry, web research, etc)

  The right candidate will be someone who enjoys interacting with people and is comfortable spending a good portion of the day on the phone.  We're looking for someone with a bright personality, a good telephone voice and who can effectively manage their time between several tasks.  Previous experience with Customer Service/Support is required.



  • Customer Service
  • Typing (60WPM or higher) and respectable written English.
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel, file management, etc)
  • Internet Proficiency (Good with search engines, familiar with social media/trends)
