Job Description

RockCreek seeks a dynamic, resourceful, detail-oriented, and energetic professional to be the Associate in the Office of the CEO. 

As the Associate in the Office of the CEO, the primary responsibility will be to support the firm’s CEO in management, business development, and client services efforts, including providing administrative support and scheduling, conducting research, writing and editing reports and correspondence, planning events, coordinating travel, and handling external communication.

The ideal candidate must be well-organized, flexible, able to anticipate change, able to perform well under pressure, and up to date on current financial markets and business issues. It is critical that the candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, especially when interacting with senior-level contacts. The candidate must be a team player who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and adapts to demanding and ever-changing situations.

All candidates should have a strong background and demonstrated interest in global financial markets, economic news, and business honed through study, work, and time spent abroad.  BA/BS required, with a minimum 3.5 GPA. An interest in economics, finance, emerging markets and impact is preferred. Associate would have opportunities to attend certain meetings or events with the CEO.

 

Qualifications

All candidates should have a strong background and demonstrated interest in global financial markets, economic news, and business honed through study, work, and time spent abroad. Proficiency in at least one foreign language and WordPress is preferred. BA/BS required, with a minimum 3.5 GPA. An interest in economics, finance, emerging markets and impact is preferred. Associate would have opportunities to attend certain meetings or events with the CEO.
