Job Description

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

We are are   looking for a Group Services Administrator  to supportour Post Grad courses in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. The role provides efficient and effective operational support for teaching and course administration within the school and/or departments.

The tasks include admin support for course material, updating canvas with teaching videos and material, teaching notifications, booking teaching rooms and arranging teaching, coordination and management of workshops, entering grades and relationship building is key to being successful in this role.

This is a busy and challenging role which is located at Grafton Campus. The role is 37.5 hours per week, permanent. The salary range for this role is $41,000 - $51,600 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

Our suitable candidate will have:

  • NCEA (min level 3) qualification.
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in an administrative role working with several stakeholders or equivalent body of knowledge or expertise.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft suite of programmes.
